Due to the digital, consulting, and service-based nature of HypeSpark Media products and services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has been initiated, scheduled, delivered, or accessed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Social media management services
• Digital marketing strategy
• Branding and creative services
• Consulting sessions
• Content creation
• Subscription-based plans
• Digital products and downloadable resources
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation will stop future renewals only and does not provide refunds for current or previous billing periods.
If a billing error or duplicate charge occurs, customers must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at info@hypesparkmedia.com for review and assistance.
HypeSpark Media reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving completed work, delivered digital assets, strategy sessions, abuse of services, chargeback threats, or violations of our terms.
